Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Artistic Director and festival volunteers, the Arts Administrator will play a key role in the planning and delivery of the 2026 SweetWater Music Festival. • Supporting marketing and communications (e‑newsletters, poster distribution, concert program management)

  • Helping coordinate festival events, including front‑of‑house support, volunteer check‑in, and audience surveys.

  • Maintaining contact lists, ticketing reports, and simple databases, and providing general administrative support (filing, meeting notes, correspondence)

  • Assisting with education and outreach activities such as the Next Wave young artist program and community events, as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and excited about live music and community arts. Basic computer skills (Google Workspace or MS Office) are required; experience with social media, Canva, or event work is an asset but not essential.
