SweetWater’s Next Wave

Stage 1
Eight musicians are selected to be a part of our online virtual showcase, videos will be shared on SweetWater’s online platforms. Each of these eight performers will receive a $150 honorarium.

Stage 2
Four performers are selected to perform at and attend the festival. This includes an online meeting with Artistic Director, Edwin Huizinga; a masterclass during the festival, a private coaching during the festival, opportunity to attend events, concerts, and rehearsals for the 2023 SweetWater Festival.

Applicant Criteria
Ages 14-30.
The showcase is open to instrumentalists and vocalists.
Students should be at RCM level grade 9 or equivalent.

Register today! You will need to include a one page maximum PDF recommendation letter from a teacher/instructor and a video clip no longer than twelve minutes (send by a private video link from YouTube).
