If you wish to attend the SweetWater Music Festival Annual General Meeting (AGM), please RSVP via email. You will then receive a reply email confirming your interest in attending the meeting and will later be provided with additional information and Zoom link about how to participate virtually during our online AGM on Thursday, April 25. Please email any questions you may have in advance.

Please note, only SweetWater Members in good standing* can vote during the AGM. If you cannot attend the virtual AGM, you can appoint a proxy to represent you. To indicate your proxy for the AGM please email us.

The Board of Directors will be elected for the coming year. The meeting will include reports about the past year's activities, including presentations by the Chair, Artistic Director, General Manager, Treasurer and Committee Chairs. It will also be an opportunity to find out about upcoming SweetWater initiatives and events happening in 2023.

Watch for a full AGM package including reports from Chair, AD, GM, Treasurer and key committees prior to April 25.

*A member in good standing for the 2023 AGM is based on any donor or partner who has provided support of over $5 over the past year. This amount is based on a requirement set by the Board of Directors.
