FYIs If Attending Outdoor Concerts

  • Be sure to bring a face mask.
  • Folding chairs to sit on. 
  • Any beverage of your choice. 
  • Entry to concerts will not take place  until 30 minutes before the concert beings. We ask you do arrive no later than 10 minutes before the concert starts. 
  • When arriving, please check in with our concert volunteers to confirm your ticket or to provide your contact information (at all Community Concerts). Please leave a two metre space between  yourself and other patrons when lining up. 
  • Dress appropriately - Bring jacket or rain gear to be prepared in case weather changes or is cooler than expected. A sun hat is good idea during our Sunday Matinee Mainstage concert. 
  •  Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, the number of audience members per Community Concerts will be limited. Spots are available on a first come first serve basis. 

FYIs If Attending Indoor Concerts

  • For ticketed concerts, you can bring a paper confirmation of your ticket purchase though if you provide your name, those will be on a master list at all venus and allow you entry to the concert as well. 
  • Masks must be worn while moving around any concert venue indoors and while seat (physically distanced from any patrons not part of your household or social/family cohort). If you need to briefly drink a beverage, a mask can be removed momentarily. 
  • Mask wearing during the Late Night Mainstage at Heartwood Hall will be similar though in line with current regulations related to COVID safety at restaurants and bars based on Stage 3 opening rules. 
  • On exit of the venue immediately following the concert, patrons are asked to leave at one row at time and immediately exit the venue and not mingle or gather with in the venue. This will ensure physical distancing can be maintained. 

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

The  safety of all of our patrons, performers, staff and volunteers is a priority to SweetWater. We have established CONVID-19 Safety Protocols based on consultation with the Grey Bruce Healt Unit. Please note, these have been updated from our 2020 protocols to reflect current Stage 3 Opening regulations nas well as the most recent best practices for COVID-19 safety.  DETAILS HERE 

FYIs If Watching Online Livestream

  • You will receive a link via email to connect you to the concert livestream.
  • This link allows you to watch it live as the concert happens only that day.
  • If for some reason livestream not starting once you are on the concert page, refresh your web browser. 
  • Anyone purchasing tickets for in-person concerts will also receive a livestream link as part of their ticket package. 

Other FYIs

  • Weather-Related Issues -  All outdoor concerts will go forward if only light rain (dress appropriately). If any outdoor concert is cancelled due to extreme inclement weather based on the  judgement of Sweetwater, ticket holders will be notified three hours before the concert start time via our webiste andother communication platforms. You will have the option to receive a refund, put value on your account for future use, or donate the value the SweetWater Music Festival. 
  • Events Impacted by New COVID-19 Restrictions - Events may be impacted by goverment and public public health officials imposing new COVID-19 restrictions. We cannot guarantee concerts will take place as planned. Should events be canclled or capacity limits reduced, you will have the option to receive a refund, put value on your account for future use, or donate the value the SweetWater Music Festival. 
  • Parking & Special Needs - You can park along the side of the long driveway leading to the concert site next the Allder Gallant Home  (Celebration Concert) or in a grassy area close to the concert site. Volunteers will provide direction on your arrival. If you have special needs (eg. physical disability) that require a spot close to site, please let our volunteers know. 
  • Photography, Audio & Video Recordings are Prohibited - Please note, we ask you to not take photographs or record any part of the concerts. 
  • Cell Phones Switched to Silent - Ensure your device is on silent mode or turned off during the concert.
