Bridget Walsh

Bridget Walsh has played violin for 14 years, and has taken part in multiple international summer music programs, including ‘Young Artists Program’ at the National Arts Centre, the ‘Vancouver Symphony Orchestral Institute’, and the ‘Académie Internationale de Musique’ at Domaine Forget. In May 2021, she was awarded the ‘National Arts Centre Orchestra Outstanding String Player’ scholarship after taking part in TICSO with MusicFest Canada, and in August 2019 was awarded the ‘Bourse d’excellence de Maestro Yannick Nezet-Seguin’ after attending Camp Musical Père Lindsay. In her spare time, she also enjoys composing, playing outdoor sports, and baking.
