For Those Attending Surreal Live Concerts

What You Need to Know

All Surreal Live concerts are at outdoor venues so please remember to dress appropriately (shoes to navigate outdoor areas, jackets depending on weather).

Garden Concert audience members should also bring...

  • Face masks to wear.
  • Folding chairs to sit on.
  • Any beverage of your choice.

All concerts will begin at 7 p.m. We ask everyone to arrive at the venue 25 minutes in advance but no later than than 10 minutes before the concert begins.

Other Concert Things to Know...

  • Parking & Special Needs - You can park along the side of the long driveway leading to the concert site next the Allder Gallant Home or in a grassy area close to the concert site. Volunteers will provide direction on your arrival. If you have special needs (eg. physical disability) that require a spot close to site, please let our volunteers know.
  • COVID-19 Safety Protocols - Our priority is to keep everyone safe. Please be sure to have masks as they are mandatory unless you are seated during the concert. On arrival, whenever moving around the site, or while exiting concert, you must wear a mask. All patrons will be seated two metres apart -- place chairs on set out markers at the concert site. • Photography, Audio & Video Recordings are Prohibited - Please note, we ask you to not take photographs or record any part of the concerts.
  • Cell Phones Switched to Silent - Ensure your device is on silent mode or turned off during the concert.

An update email will be sent to anyone who has reserved spots for a concert in advance of the concert date.

If there is inclement weather, we will make a call by 3 p.m. on the date of concert (12 p.m. for Sunday concert) and announce concert will shift to alternative venue (Grey Sauble Arboretum, 237897 Inglis Falls Rd, Owen Sound, ON N4K 5N6). The pavilion there provides full coverage from elements in an outdoor setting.
