You will then receive a reply email confirming your interest in attending the meeting and will later be provided with additional information about how to participate virtually during our online AGM on April 21. Only those registered with SweetWater will be admitted to the meeting.

Please note, only SweetWater Members in good standing* can vote during the AGM. If you cannot attend in the virtual AGM, you can appoint a proxy to represent you. Send email to info@sweetwatermusicfestival.ca to indicate your proxy for the AGM.

The Board of Directors will be elected for the coming year. The meeting will include...

• Reports about the past year's activities.
• Presentations by the Chair, Artistic Director, General Manager, Treasurer and Committee Chairs.
• Information about upcoming SweetWater initiatives and events.  
• Approval of ammendments to the SweetWater Constitution.

Watch for a full AGM package including reports from Chair, AD, GM, Treasurer and key committees prior to the Annual General Meeting.

* - A member in good standing for the  2022 AGM is based on any donor or partner who has provided support of over $5 over the past year. This amount is based on a requirement set by the Board of Directors.
